Meet Rudy & Carlos
Having had several years of experience working in successful pizzerias in Chicago, we made the decision to open up a small carry-out and delivery restaurant in Clarkesville, GA in 2005. Barely in our twenties, it was intimidating to start something from scratch — but that just made us more driven.
